📦 Shipping Policy

Order processing: within 24/48 business hours from payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times: 2–5 business days (variable depending on destination).

Shipping costs (Italy): €6.90.

Any delays due to force majeure (strikes, weather conditions, holidays, courier checks) are not attributable to the seller.

To return a product, please follow the instructions below:

Package preparation

The product must be intact, unused, unworn and unmodified.

It must be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories and manuals.

Please include the receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.

Return shipping

We recommend using a trackable courier to ensure correct delivery.

Keep it until we confirm receipt.

We accept return requests within 14 days from the delivery date, only if the product has not been used, worn, modified or damaged.

Conditions for return eligibility:

Intact product, in its original packaging and unused.

Presence of receipt or proof of purchase.

Exclusions: custom hair prostheses (cut to size, colored or modified upon request) are not returnable.

How to initiate a return:

Reason for return

Wait for authorization and operational instructions via email.

Ship the package to the address indicated below.

Return costs:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and amount to €9.90.

In case of an error on our part (incorrect or defective product upon delivery), return or replacement costs will not be charged.

Compliance note: this section includes return address and shipping charges in line with payment method guidelines (e.g., Klarna) for policy transparency.

💸 Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will communicate the outcome of the evaluation via email.

If approved, the refund will be issued within 7–10 business days from confirmation, using the same payment method used for the purchase (in the case of installment payments, the payment plan will be updated accordingly).
